Go to a doctor.
1. If you are pregnant, it's better to find out about it sooner than later.
2. If you are craving red meat, you could be low in iron. If this gets out of control it could lead to anemia.
3. If you are not pregnant, you might want to find out what those movements that you can feel are. You don't want to find out too late that you have a bowel problem or a severe case of many enormous tapeworms!
If you are pregnant, and you can feel full movements, you'd have to be at least 20 weeks pregnant. When was your last period?
As for the artery thing, pregnancy is more inclined to hide it, particularly in the later stages. Normally the only people that can see or even feel it easily are quite skinny. If you can't find it don't worry about it - unless you can't find the pulse in your carotid artery (the one in your neck) cause that could be a good sign that you're dead.
