Re: more energy

Have you tried eating more fresh fruit and veg? If you look at you diet first and maybe take multivitamins , eat red meat-if you're not veggie. Red meat is full of iron- have you been tested for amaemia? I do think as well that kids do in general make you tired. Loopy.

Re: more energy

Eat Almonds, and have your thyroid checked out....almonds are a wonderful little nut that brings much good health. If your thyroid is out of wack, one of the symptoms is being very tired, weight issues and mood swings.

Re: more energy

I found the same thing and bought some Vitamin B tablets.  After a couple of weeks I felt like I was bouncing off the walls. I seem to be getting everything done as well as coping with a teething baby who wakes me at all hours. Highly recommended!

Re: more energy

going to the doc is a good idea, as is the multi vitamin. I have the same problem and I eat pretty well, I was exceptionally low in Iron and my vitamin b's. I drink mizone at work which has 4 diff vitamin b's. it is a sports drink though so try not to have to much. also vegimite is a great source for your vitamin b's. Try to have a little more red meat in your diet as well. It will take a couple of weeks but you should notice a diff. If not then definetly make an appointment with the doc. I also take iron and multivitamis. Some ppl just have a bit of difficulty absorbing the the stuff they need.

Re: more energy

Hello, have you been to a doctor?  Could be something medical.  Otherwise try multi vitamins.  I have just started taking them and my energy levels have improved.  Good Luck.
