Unless you have incompetent cervix (where the cervix struggle to stay closed) or are at risk of premature labour, then there is no reason why you can't have a normal, healthy sex life in pregnancy, including your partner ejeculating inside of you.
In the last 3 or so weeks of pregnancy, your partners sperm may help to ripen the cervix, reducing the risk of having an overdue baby, so sex during this time is very good. It also helps to tighten your tummy muscles ready for labour and I believe (from past experience) that it also helps bubs to cope better with contractions, minimizing the risk of fetal distress.
