I like the suggestions already made, and I have even seen them at Coles from time to time.

You can get the net type ones from target, Big W, Kmart and IKEA. They're good as they drain well and can be thrown in the wash ever now and again.

you need to get one that drains completely other wise you get mould build up on the toys.

i like this one because it has good drainage and it easy to just throw the toys in there and it wont get mouldy.
