Im having problems with hannah poo poo in the bath it has only been the last week as soon as she gets in i wash her and then she poos she has bath day and night and does it both times does any one have any ideas as what ican do.
she might just be really regular and that's the time she likes to go. I would change up the time of the bath (wait until after she goes) and see if that helps.
i can have a lot to do with her being relaxed she obviously knows the bath is a nice fun place where you can relax or play, it happens to all children at some point as the heat relaxs them the bowels and bladder open you will find they go to the toilet more in the bath than any other time!!!! as an adult when i run a bath i still need the loo before i get in...
Put her on the potty while running the bath. If she doesn't go but does in the bath, take her straight out & put her back on the potty. Let her know "yucky" for in the bath. Eventually she will go in the potty and then praise her lots for it.
Have you got her a potty yet? I'd have that in the bathroom and when you can see her doing the poo, take her out and put her on the potty. Our girls still occassionally do it and it is very annoying. It is a comfort thing, and the fact she does it every bath time would suggest that maybe she isn't too far away from potty training!
Hi, I agree with Arna, and this mite sound gross but when if she poos in the bath put the poo in the potty then sit her on it, she will soon realise that is where the poo goes.
