i've been trying to write an advice piece all afternoon and everytime i save it everything gets put everywhere and not where i typed it (if that makes sense)
does this happen to anyone else if so how do i fix it? as i'm getting really grr with it now.
What do you mean by, "everytime i save it everything gets put everywhere and not where i typed it"? I can see that there are drafts of your advice associated with your profile.
I can't really help at all, but I know how you feel. If you look at my family info, you'l see that there are lots of quotation marks and I can assure you, I didn't put them all there! Everytime I put one in, it put in 2, so I gave up and left it like that. Good luck.
Sometimes if you just save it as is, you can then go back in and edit your advice and put it all where you want it. I have had this problem too. Good luck
I have had this in the past.. I make sure I copy and save the text in word first as a back up before trying to save in Minti. If it is doing it repeatedly, try deleting cookies, temp files etc from your PC and shut it down and restart, I have had success once doing this... otherwise just try again in a while.
I so have to get into the habit of doing my stuff in word first! I spent 3 hours last night beating my brain and fingers against the keyboard only to lose it all when my virus killer shut all webistes I was on down when it got hit from one of them. Very peeved about that.
I started using word for all my blogs too after spending ages writing them only to find when I'd saved, I had been logged out. Thankfully, they changed that problem not long after.
It works, and is there for a quick edit if you need it too.
