I have been with my currant partner for some time now she has three kids and i found the youngest a great little man(4) we get on like a house on fire and the middle girl(5) is also amazing she is a wonderfull little one, The eldest (7)i find no matter how i try  she is always trying to cuase trouble between my partner and myself my partner knows when she is trouble making and works with me to try and make things right but grammy is aways questioning my role in the household it puts a strain on my relationship with my partner and the eldest as i am trying to find a way to get on with her but dont wish to have her walk over me dose anyone have any advice on how i can be a parent but also be a freind to her.....

I am a nanny to a 2 year old boy who has recently been diagnosed with autism, we havnt quite got the connection that I would like to have with him yet so I am trying to find some activities that i can do with him to help us connect better. He doesnt talk very well only using one word phrases and does not complete an activity before getting bored and moving on, he also is too reliant on the television and i would like some fun activities so he is not watching television all day.

has anyone else experienced their child getting a rash while they were potty training? Emylee never had a diaper rash until a couple days AFTER she was out of diapers! she's being going pee on the toilet for over a week now, hasn't had any accidents in days, and yet her little butt cheeks are all red and splotchy. it seems to be worse when she runs around without pants or thinner pants. my sister in law says the same thing is happening with her boy. should i be worried?

Any ideas for what to give a 7 month old who HATES (and so refuses) anything mushed up or pureed?  She will only eat from a "block" of food she can hold (ie the whole banana, or vegie) I have to sit and watch her, waiting for the inevitable gagging, then scoop out the lump and repeat.  But otherwise all she wants is breast!

I know this is not really a parenting question as such, but then again it is affecting my family greatly, and things are getting so bad and I don't know where to go for help or how to get out of this mess.

Basically, I am a single mum of four children.
I have had a difficult year financially and that along with other bad financial decisions, I have got into so much debt I feel I have no way out.

I am not good with money anyway, but this year I was off work for six months due to injury which has made my money issues worse and I am now in a serious situation with no light at the end of the tunnel.
I am back at work now, but all my money goes on credit card payments that just seem to be increasing instead of decreasing, despite no longer using them.

I don't even think I can file for bankruptcy as I am not an Australian citizen. I get so low sometimes I think the only way out of this mess is suicide. But, I have children, and my children still need me around.

I have no one to turn to. I think about my money problems all day everyday and get more and more depressed.
I just feel totally lost. Life has become unbearable. I don't know how much longer I can cope with this before I do something really stupid.

Hi I want to know more about being a vegitarian. I am thinking about going that way, not for the not liking meat cause I love meat, but for the eatin more vegitables and I have been told it is healthier to be a vegitarian.

I am lactose intollerant, but can tolarate a small amount of cheese and a small amount of milk in a cuppa.

I do have a iron deficency which is why atm we eat alot of red meat.

I am on medication for a mood disorder and bipolar (valpro and seriquel and edronax)

Can some one please help me with this. (there are no fruit or veg I dont like but I don like tofu)

 She is fully breast fed and up until a day ago all her BM's were yellowy and now they are quite green.

any ideas? she is healthy, gaining weight and feeding well.

I am  working as  software engineer  , my son  is 3 yrs old

and he is in prekg now

he is very  close to inlaws only i.e his grandparents( wht i noticed with him)

so i am worried he is feeling that his parents are not taking care well

or i am not caring much  ??

and sometimes he will tell he needs to sleep  with his grand parents

so what should i do now?????????
