Re: bleeding nappy rash

Canestan anti fungal cream will work within a day or two. Keep his butt as dry as you can until it heals.Paw paw cream will work too but I found it takes longer.

Re: bleeding nappy rash

Hi hunny,

I know all to well what nappy reash is, my kids are prone to it nop matter what i do, but i have  the answer, and trust me it works. BAKING SODA!!, couple of teaspoons in a cup of warm water, and dribble it it on bare bottom and air, it really does work, there have been a couple of questions months ago and i have given same result with the people saying its worked. can also put maybe a tablesp in a luke warm bath. Good luck!!!!! xxxx

Re: bleeding nappy rash

Zak got that quite a bit as he had really sensitive skin. I used an anti-fungal cream like canestan every second nappy change and then a heavy barrier cream every other change.

Hope Tobi's ok.
