Re: Day sleeps

Hi Ker, both my boys dropped to one day sleep at 11 months - it was great because they would sleep for 2-3 hours in the afternoons straight after lunch!

Re: Day sleeps

I think Amy was just a year when she dropped her morning sleep and only had an afternoon nap, it wasn't something we purposefully did she just seemed not to want her morning sleep anymore.

Hope this helps

Re: Day sleeps

My oldest was about 8-9mths and it was his decision, lol, he went from 2 shorter sleeps to 1 long middle of the day sleep. The twins were about 14mths.  I just went with how they were going, if they needed more sleeps then i let them. My oldest stopped day sleeps at about 2 to my dismay!  But the twins went until about 3years. We still would have "rest time" then whoever was tired enough would drop off anyway.

Good luck, Maggie

Re: Day sleeps

Click here I wrote a Question a while ago, thinking that my 8mth old (now 11mths) was telling me he only wonted one sleep.  He was only tricking and still has 2 naps.

It is intersting to see what the answers are.  Some babies just swap and change all the time.
