As was mentioned already, there are literatures that say pre-ejaculates contain sperm, not very much, but it does. So there is a chance that you may get pregnant.

A while ago, I felt like I was going to have my period soon within days. I was cramping, swollen breasts, etc. But days came and went and no period. Finally, 2 weeks later I did get my period. Looking back, the signs I was feeling was actually that I was ovulating.

So, sometimes it isn't easy to tell. My suggestion is to wait for your period and if it doesn't come when expected, get a pregnancy test.

Pre-come contains sperm, there is a good chance that you could be pregnant.  He wouldn't have to ejaculate as the risk starts the moment he puts his penis near the entrance of your vagina - in this case he inserted it, so it would be worth taking a pregnancy test if you haven't already.

yes it sounds like your prega but a test will help and if its neg and you still have symptoms then blood test can be done to confirm a pregnancy, and as for him not coming....yes you can get pregas from his pre cum and most times he wont even know  hes done it  as pre cum is a small discarge of semin  that comes out  after  he has gotten a erection  and it does  somethimes carry  sperm most times  pre cum is  sperm free. docs will tell you this anyway so if your woried go to a doc.

Yes you could be pregnant, and no he doesn't have to ejaculate. If you are like me you can get pregnant just by being in the general vacinity of sperm! LOL

It does sound as though you could be pregnant.  Can I just say ewwwwww to the hamburgers and peaches! lol.  I thought I craved strange foods, like sweet chilli sauce on everything!

You said your boyfriend didn't ejaculate inside you.  Well, sad to say, the widthdrawl method of contraception really doesn't work.  The sperm are drawn to the 'smell' of your eggs, and even if they are not inside you, will find a way to the egg.  The pre ejaculate, of which men have no control over, has enough sperm in it to do the job of getting you pregnant.

I would do a pregnancy test.  Even a negative doesn't mean it is so, there is such thing as a false negative.  I've never needed a test to tell me when I'm pregnant, but usually, the first one I have done has come back negative, but waiting a week or 2 will mean the hormone levels will be higher.  When doing a test, make sure it is as soon as you get up in the morning as this is when your body has its highest concentration of pregnancy hormones. 

Find out, honey, either way you can deal with the results.

There are some symptoms that sound like you are and some that indicate it could be something else but either way, you should do the test AND go to the Dr! The nausea could be symptoms as could the tenderness and yes, you definately can get pregnant even if your boyfriend 'pulled out'. 

The tenderness could be a symptom of pregnancy or something else, personally, I didnt feel anything until I was about 6 months (I'd hardly have known except I was getting bigger).  So everyone is different but I reckon you should make the appt today!!!
