No response in tech help

Hi all (and admin),

I posted this over a week ago in the tech help forum but haven't had any response. Why can't I start a group?? Would really like to start this new group.

I tried to start a new group, entered in group name, description etc but there was no 'ok' or 'start group' button which came up. Only one which came up was 'join now'. I'm logged in.

Both your  issues you brought up are being addressed. I actually logged both as a bug as soon as I got the email. I have overlooked responding to let you know. Apologies!

hey yeah i agree with llmunchkin, the admins are probly flat out as i have been told they have been doing updates to minti etc

Hi Libby... Why don't you try emailing Izzy, Clay, Matt or Rachel directly; usually you get a faster response.  I guess they don't have time to check every group, every day :)

I usually check these groups when I am on, unless I'm swamped.  In this case, I saw the posts and logged the bugs, but forgot to let LibbyS and anniebabe know!

there seems to be acouple of probs i have emailed and didnt get response

someone had anonymously written advice  but when you go intp read advice the persons name appaeras on blog. also as someone correctly pointed out a couple of weeks ago you can not only read what is in groups but lets you write a comment even if you havent joined the group whats with that?
