Lemon Juice is great also white vinegar is great also using the same method by drying it in the sun.

I have never been able to get rid of mold stains.  But, washing in an antibacterial solution will definitely kill off any active spores..  If you can, try and get some fabric dye that is either black or very dark green and try and see if that covers the marks.

I didn't know about the milton or lemon juice. Glad I read this because I always throw it out!

Don't you just hate mold!!! . . Okay I have a very simple and enviromentaly free way to do this . .  Just plain old lemon juice . .

Drown the mold in the lemon juice and place in the sun for a day then wash as per usual . .  Sometimes it may take one or two goes depending on how bad the mold is. This method has always worked for me . .

HOWEVER if this fails the Vinegar is the next step . . Just repeat what is said
