Hi, I was just wondering at what age should a child start to visit the dentist for check ups

I started taking my daughter at age 3.  Yes, she has had teeth for a while, but honestly how many infants will sit still with their mouth open long enough for a dentist to check their teeth.  My daughter did great at age 3 and we now go twice a year for cleanings and check ups.  She has perfect teeth, no cavities and looks forward to going to the dentist.

As soon as those teeth start popping, you can start taking your child to the dentist.  They younger they are when they start going, the easier it will be and more relaxed.

everyone has a different answer to this. I was told when I called them about my daughter that they see them in Pre primary witht he school dentist.

If you want I would just call one up and see what they say.
