Re: Peeing during sex?
I'm guessing that your baby is probably only a few weeks to 3 months old. Your body is still recovering from the whole pregnancy and birth experience, so it is very common to not notice when you need to pee etc, because the nerves are still getting back to normal.
You need to do some pelvic floor exercises. These will help to tighten everything back up again. Imagine you have a little ball at the entrance of the birth canal and you have to squeeze it right up as high as it can go. Use your womans muscles and squeeze tightly. Hold this for about 5 seconds and release. Repeat at least 10 times in a session. It is recommended that we spend about 15 mins a day on our pelvic floor, but the best news is, you can do the exercises any time. Do them while hanging out the washing, doing dishes, out shopping, while at the computer etc. And do them during sex!!!!!! It helps to really tone you up and your partner should enjoy the extra squeeze too. I know mine does.
The wet patch could also be because the semen leaked out again. This is because your body isn't tight enough again to hold it in, but with time, and the pelvic floor exercises, it will fix itself.
If you experience any discomfort during sex, like pain in your stomach, then take it slower or change the positions you are using. If there is a burning feeling, then you might need to get that checked out before it develops into a bladder infection.
