Give it a few more days to dry out.  If you can, let her have some kick time in a nice warm room without a nappy on.  That will help to dry it up more.

your bub could just have an outie :) but if it's really quite large and very hard then maybe to be on the safe side get it checked incase he does have an umbilical hernia. better to be safe than sorry i reckon

I dont know the answer to your question but wheni look ashtons belly button it to looks high of his belly like his gonna have extra skin. Im guessing they didnt cut the cord properly ???
