I tend to agree with the previous answer. Whilst i did bleed for a week after having the depo shot, it wasnt clotted blood,.

It could be that your body is having a delayed haemmrhage or something or perhaps the depo is too strong. If you are on the depo provera the side effects are worse than the depo ralovera. everybody reacts differently.

I would go and see a doctor, that doesn't sound very good, I bled every day for 5 months after the depo injection but I didn't have any lumpy bits.
