Okay - this is going to sound really weird - but I'm a big F.R.I.E.N.D.S. fan, and in the episode "The One With The Lesbian Wedding" in series 2 they had the baby in a decorated buggy going down the aisle.  You could probably hire the DVD to have a watch to give you some ideas.

Yep, I would be buying fabric and heaps of safety pins and stick on velcro.

Think about how they decorate the ends of the pews and table centres.

Draped bridal netting, and artfully placed bows/ribbons and flowers should do the trick. What kind of pram is it? Jogger, trad 4 wheel, old style? If you post a pic I can sketch out how I would do it.....

Oh yeah and what is the theme of the wedding, formal, garden etc? Colours the bridal party are wearing would help too coz you don't want to clash. Can be done v cheaply but look really snazzy if you know what to do.
