Hi there well it is possible to know if you are pregnant even at two weeks. If you go to the dr they can do a blood test to check your hormone levels and tell you if you are pregnant. A friend of mine found out when she was only just 1 and a half weeks pregnant by blood test. She had also had home pregnancy tests that also came up positive at the same time. So if you think you may be pregnant go to your local gp and ask for a urine test and a blood test as well and see how you go. Besdt of luck and Congrats if you are expecting

its too early for a urine test and a blood test at two weeks, this would mean that you only just concieved and hormone levels havent risen enough for these test to be able to give an accurate reading, they are more likely to give you a false negative if you are pregnant. In saying that I was sure I was pregnant this time round straight away and i was right so if you have that feeling dont doubt yourself treat your body as if you are pregnant ie not eating certain foods, drinking etoh or taking drugs. good luck.

You can take a pregnancy test this early, yes..I would suggest doing that and if it comes back positive, scheduling an appointment with her ob!

if you think there's something different about your body then maybe.i knew when i had heartburn and my hair started falling out at 1-2 weeks.but all different.i did take ahome preg test at 3 weeks and it showed positive so give that ago don't be discuraged wait another week or 2 to repeat a test if it comes up neg.good luck

With my first baby i had morning sickness the day after conception - no joke! And it continued every single day until the day she was born.  I didn't realise i was pregnant till a few weeks later though.

oh yes! When I had my second daughter I was throwing up and dizzy at two weeks after conception and sure enough two weeks later the test was positive I think there is such a thing as women's instinct

do you mean 2 weeks gestation or 2 weeks pregnant pregnant (implanted).

If you mean 2 weeks since you had sex and believe you know your conception date, it is very unlikely to know you are pregnant so early. Where as if you mean 2 weeks since the fertilised egg implanted itself in your unterus, it may only just be detectable. I would wait til you started showing signs of pregnany (tender breasts, nausea etc etc late period) befor doing a pregnancy test. Hope this helps.
