I know you have said that you have ruled out a UTI but there are many different bugs that can be involved and some of them have no symptoms other than regular toileting . . . So please seek your GP's advice and get her tested. Often little girls will develop UTI's because they are still new to things and may be not wiping herself in the correct way . .

It sounds like an infection to me. Take her to the Dr's and get it checked out. If you can get her to pee in a clean jar (midstream) and take it with you.

Are you giving her juice or water? sometimes when a child drinks to much sugary juice it can have a diaretic effect. Children need lots and lots of plain water.

it sounds like it might be UTI but if she is only getting one symptoms you might need a drs opinion.  if not she might not be emptying her bladder properly watch her and if she seems to be peeing and not fully emptying the bladder get her to try. its hard i know but it might help.
