Re: nap time?

my daughter is 18 mths and is all of a sudden cutting her day sleep from nearly 2hrs to 40 mins....one of my sons stopped sleeping in the day at 15mths old,and my other 2 didnt stop their day time sleeps even when they went to school!! They would go to school then come home and nap for an hr which was a pain as they went to bed rather late....

take care, naomi

Re: nap time?

sadly they do stop napping between 2 - 3, i found that if i let my kids nap after 1pm they didnt sleep to well at night,

so if he doesnt nap he may go to bed earlier like 6 -7 and sleep thru, hopefully for you.

xoxo

Re: nap time?

My daugher is about to turn 3. She stopped sleeping in the day just after her 2nd birthday. She goes to bed around 8 and gets up around 8. So, 12 hours sleep each night. My son did roughly the same thing. If you want him to sleep in the day you can either make him get up earlier or go to bed later! It depends on how it best  suits your lifestyle.
