soory to put dampener on ya,my friend did this she has 3 kids she never got a break.4 months she gave it all up it was just too much for her.and her kids the other kids were taking mummy's time and this lead to resentment.good luck with what you decide

I have not done it myself but I have used and and my grandmother does it, she has been doing it for quite a few years now and has not looked back. I think it is a great idea if you have the right house and you love kids.

After being terrified by a daycare centre person my son went to a family daycarer who he absolutely adores. I think the fact that his daycare mum really enjoyed the kids and only had a few each day made the whole experience great for everyone. I think the room and saftey are the main things to consider first and then the little things like toys and learning ect. Planning out their day is something my grandmother does very carefully. I think if my Grandmother can do it almost anyone can LOL
