how many ounces should my baby be drinking

Hi everyone,  Mya is now just over 6 weeks and after a battle to get breastfeeding a going i have decided to switch to formula.  I feel terrible about the decision but i feel good as well because this was the longest i was able to breastfeed my first i didn't even try and my second i stoped at 4 weeks.  I have trouble with raynauds syndrome and that causes very sever pain in the nipples and now Mya had developed a very poor eatting pattern where she will only feed for about 5 minutes and then refuse the breast, and her poop truned green instead of yellow because she was not feeding long enough to get the calorie rich milk that they get at the end of a normal feeding.  She will take a bottle with no problems but i'm just not sure how much to be feeding her.  I am trying 4 ounces every 4 hours,  but i;m not sure if this is enough and would like to know how much your babies are taking at this age because i just cant remember what i did for my other two children.

thanks Michelle
