I was taking just stoppng levlen when i fell pregnant,when i back track o when i fell pregnant i was still taking it. There definetly is a chance you are pregnant because the antibiotics takes over the pill and sometime it cant do its job. I'd wait a couple of weeks then do a test.

The antibiotics don't definitely alter the pill, its only a chance of it, I was on about 3 courses of antibiotics within 2 months late last year and didn't fall, so I wouldn't stress yourself in a rush because you could be perfectly fine.

Hun, your doctor has told you to abstain for 7 days, and the reality is, you need to abstain for 28 days to be sure the pill is effective again.

I noticed Rukia said to get the morning after pill.  That is able to be taken upto 72 hours after unprotected sex, but with you taking antibiotics, it is probably only going to be as effective as your regular pill and antibiotics any way.

Even though you are taking the pill, a pregnancy test should still work, but I'd be waiting a couple of weeks yet as it can take a few weeks for the hcg levels to increase when you are taking the pill.

Um, you say it went in one ear and out the other with your partner, it sounds like it went in your ear and out the other side too! lol.  That's ok, I'm the same.  Maybe we should both join a 'keep your legs crossed in case of emergency' class just to learn how to keep them crossed!  Might prevent #6 for us! lol.

hi i had baby numba 5 about 18mths ago and hav first confirmed it with home preg tests most preg tests work best a week after possible conception and are best done first thing in the morning. Guys can be tempting and it sees that when we get stressed its a good way to release tension. best of luck hope things work out. Ialso heard that the more u do "it"  the less likely you are to concieve. hope this helps you a little.

there is a possibility. i dont know the odds. for me personally I dont ovulate so I dont have to worry about it as I am on antibiotics for a chest infection.

if you are worried you can get the morning after pill still i think. i thik u an for 48 hours after wards.

a pregnacy test wont show anything yet. generally 2+ weeks after conception. if you dont get your period on the due date (11th) then see ur gp.
