Hi Lauren. Try some gardening. My sister has 4 year old twins, and they love to garden as well as bake and paint etc. Also, try picking some things out of the garden or around when you are going for a walk and using them as stencils for the girls to draw around or use as stencils for painting. Hi there.  I wrote an arictle here on Activities for babies and toddlers last month.  There are quite a few ideas in there to get you going - and you will probably find you can use it as a springboard to coming up with ideas of your own.  I did daycare for a couple of eyars, so had to come up with suitable activities for babies-6yos - seems harder than it is, until you get going.  I'm sure you will be fine!

Have you tried using air drying clay or FIMO with them.  I have an 8 yr old and a 2 1/2 yr old and they both enjoy it.  You can so many different things to suit any occasion and theme it to whatever takes your fancy.
