If you can't buy what you are looking for, have you considered making some toys of your own? You could just buy the fabric and use existing small toy patterns, either sewing them yourself or have someone do it for you.

This was the only web site that I could find that specialise in Black, White and Red baby toys. All other online shops have bits and pieces but you would just have to look at the ranges.
