my 13 month old has been eating baby yoghurt for 6 months now and I just wondered when he can start eating normal yoghurt. It says that the baby yoghurt is gentler on babies belly is normal yoghurt ok for him now ??
i am giving my baby 6 and a half months old a our youghurt, i put it with rice and feed her, she likes it, and i asked the specialist in the baby center she said it's ok she can have it ...
I think trying your child on adult yoghurt would be fine but just in small servings and see they react (tummy upsets etc). Just make it a gradual transition from baby yoghurt, childrens yoghurt (if you can find it) then onto to adult strength.
Vaalia do yoghurt for toddlers which is sutibale for kids 12mths and over. My boy is almost 17mths and if I have run out of his youghurt I have given him some of mine, just watch for any kind of upsets.
I would be trying to get toddler youghurt for now.
every baby is different but i gave my girls normal yogurt straight away. i would feed it to them wen i was eating it. but do be carefull as my eldest daughter is laktose intolerent so keep an eye on your babys solids. as he may get diahrea, and if he does i wouldnt give it to him for awhile. hope i helped
