Like      evety has said Go to the hospital to be on the safe side but it just could be head waters and if so they will tell you to go home and wait again for the main water to break.  But take everyones advise and go to the hospital.

I sort of had the same thing, slightly different though. I had like a burst of water and thought Id broken my waters or wet myself. I went to the bathroom I hadnt wet myself and it didnt smell.
The next day the midwife said it was nothing to worry about, couldnt explain it and my waters hadnt broken.
My son was still 3 weeks off being born at that point.

Re: Amniotic fluid - please help am worried

Go the the hospital NOW, don't wait to see your doctor. Your waters might be broken, which means your baby could be here in the next hour -  72 hours. If you do not get treated in the next 48 hours with antibiotics you can risk infection down there that can spread in to many other concerns for your health and bub's health. If your waters have broken it is vital for you to have steroid injections (1 in the first 24 hours) and the 2nd (12 hours following the first injection) to help your babies lungs develop as quickly as possible in case he or she is coming out of the oven and not quite baked enough yet!

P.S Smell it - If it smells a little like Chlorine, GET TO A HOSPITAL NOW. Although if it doesn't, I would urge you to go anyway. This happened to me when I was 33 weeks pregnant. My membranes had ruptured and my waters broke 7 weeks early. My baby was a premmy following the same symptoms.
