Try saving as Jpeg and making the photo smaller. Sometimes when you try to upload images from sources such as digital camera, the file is too large. If you don't know how to make it smaller you could send me the photo via msn and I will cut it to size for you.

It doesn't mean you have exceeded the  number of photos you are allowed on the site, so don't worry about that.  It is referring to the fact that the picture is too big to be uploaded.  Use a photo editor to cut it down to size, save it and try uploading that one.  Alternately, if you have your own website, you can upload them there and then copy them across.  That's what I do as I am able to adjust the size first.

I had that problem once and it had to do with the camera I was using I think. The little camera I am using now is fine but I didn't know how to reduce the size but has to do with the size of the file I think.

I have the same problem, i have to shrink my photo's before up loading them.
