well I make it from scratch.... plain flour 2 or 3 cups, satchet of instant yeast, 2 tblspns oil, 2 or 3 tblspns sugar, 2 tspns salt, mix all ingrediants with water ( about 1 1/2 cups to make the dough, if its too runny add more flour. You can make bigger or smaller batches, just have to get the water flour right but its not too hard
Knead the dough for at least 10 mins. Leave it to rise for a few hours, then knead it again then cut of a piece for the base, shape it then you can either precook it for abotu 5 or 10 mins or top it raw then cook the pizza.
Also I make dough and freeze it in balls to later defrost and shape. You can also make the dough the night before you wnt to use it and put it in the fridge. Just bring it back to room temperarture before you work it
