peanut allergy

does anyone have any snack recipes that are nut free?

SImplest "recipes" I can think of are - fairy bread - fruit platter - basic biscuits & muffins (made from scratch).  You can now buy packet mixes that are nut free and you can buy pre-packaged food - there are some chocolates and little biscuits we buy in the health food section that are nut free.  It's all a question of checking the packaging.  I'm sure there would be websites you could google and there is also a nut allergy group here that should be able to help...

My advice would be to ask Tammy13 she runs a bakery with lots of snacks that contain no nut traces. She might share some tips with ya. Hope she doesn't mind me mentioning her name but I felt her profile was definitely worth mentioning.
