Maybe Baby? after gastro bug

i had diarrhoea once Sunday, then 8 or so times on Monday, once on tuesday. vomitting started on Monday evening and-thank god! ended about 11pm that night after 5 or 6 visits with the toilet
I know the best thing to do is no sex until next pill cycle- 16 days away! but im wondering, Mik and i had special cuddles on the weekend, a few hrs before i got my first attack is there a way that his evil lil spermies could have done anything because i may have lost my pill sun-tues???
I havn't done a pg test nor am i going to il just see what happens.
I had my second rubella shot, its got the red dye in it cuz its live, i think its got 2 other vaccines in it, and i have to have a blood test in 8 weeks to see if im immune cuz i have no immunity- bad working in a docs surgery!! Is having that shot so close to this going to do anything to a baby- if a baby is there at all? What happens if it turns out im not immune to rubella- do i ahve to have the live blood transfusion? it sounds painfull!
