If it was pretty much anywhere else on his body then not so bad, but around his eye, leave it alone. Ya don't wanta be steaming it too hot and damage his eye, or really any part of his skin for that matter. I get them now and then, they're annoying, but harmless and they will go away - eventually. One I had took a couple of years to go away fully, but it did eventually by itself. If it concerns you, get a second opinion as there are so many different types of cysts and things in existance, without a biopsy it can be hard to tell for absolute certain. But if it's not causing a problem, I'm inclined to say don't worry about it until it becomes a problem. If it gets bigger or changes colour or anything weird like that, then get back to a doctor asap.
