Working at home?

I am seriously interested in working at home on the computer.  I have seen countless ads for "get rich quick schemes" and have checked into several without having the good fortune to run into a legitimate one.  I do not want write, read or sell "e-books".  I would be capable of and willing to do check processing or medical terminology transcription but those are apparently very rare.

Has anyone had a good experience or know of a legitimate company or companies that would allow me to work from home and be more a more involved parent?

Thank you for any ideas or comments.

Re: Working at home?

Have you thought of selling avon? I ask cause if you dno't want to sell to anyone in your neighborhood you can strictly keep to selling online and plus it's only 10.00 to start. I am looking into doing work from hom but so far selling products is the only legitimate thing I come across. The only way you can do actual work is to contact a company in yoru town or towns nearby and offer them your services and tell them why it would benefit them to have you do their work, but some of these sell at home jobs you can do online right at you computer and not have to get out and sell to people in your town. So far avon is the cheapest and you can have a website with them to where you can refer people and you don't have to deliver a thing teh site does it all and you make the money. Just visit the avon site and see if they can offer you what you are looking for. BUt also contact some companies in your town and see if they can benefit form your services:)

Re: Working at home?

Hi ya,

I have been down this road aswel. Apparently if you can mae a good web site you can make money thru affilate maketing. I have a couple of affiliate webpages but i havent made any websites good enough yet.

Or you could always turn a hobby into a home business, I am currently thinking about scrapbooking for people, its something i lofe and i know a lot of people dont have the time to do it. I looked on the internet for people doing it in my area and i dont think there is even many people doing it in W.A yay :)

Otherwise you could try thoes party planning jobs, I am signed up with one but then i had my daughter so i havent had time to do any yet, but hopefuly after our holiday I can start! There is a outlay of money but its pretty much all stuf you can use anyway if u dant make money lol.

If you want any of this information just email me zoolooau@hotmail.com

Good Luck!
