Re: sick

You sound like you've got what I had for about 9 months (and not pregnancy related).  I got a steam vaporizer that works wonders at helping you to breath, so try and get one of them (I'd send you mine, but that is one little machine I am not ready to retire! lol).

Keep your fluids up and try and spend some time outside every day, as that will help to shift the bug causing this.  sunlight has tremendous healing properties, so don't be afraid to catch a few minutes.

Re: sick

Go in right away, MistyDawn. It sounds like some stress related illnesses... you wouldn't want one of those right now- they can be extremely hard to get rid of unless your able to reduce your stress. and as the only parent, that can be very hard to do!

Re: sick

can you get someone to just take you to the doctor or call a taxi. Im sure there will be people there who can look after your children whil the doctor sees you. Its better to go now and start getting better then to put it off!

Re: sick

You should go straight to the emergency department of your nearest hospital so they can assess you and find out what the problem is or definately see a doctor straight away don't stay at home and suffer with this get some advice as soon as you can.
