try Eucalyptus or Orange Oil.

wrap a flat tool ie. spatular in cloth, secure with rubber band, then dip in methylated spirits wipe over the dirty area!!!

or

wear a pair of white garden gloves and dip your fingers into a mixture of 50/50 white vinegar and hot tap water, run your fingers over both sides of blinds and make sure you periodically rinse the glove under clean running water other wise your spreading the mess around!

Aunt Martha's wool mix is the best for any fabric eg. verticals, lounges, seats etc that cannot be washed in a machine as you do not have to rinse it. Hope this helps it worked for me.

i have used the preen carpet stain remover & that works depending on the stain, otherwise napisan in warm water in the laundry trough if all else fails...hope that helps
