Re: medical question

They are usually quite happy to answer any questions so go to someone on the ward as you need to know. they will be only too pleased to help

Love Pauline

Re: medical question

You should ask them what it means- its your child and they should be informing you of his progress and if there is any indication he will be able to go home soon. Ask as many questions as you like!

Re: medical question

I work in many different wards in the same major hospital and I can tell you that every ward has a different system when it comes to stickers, colour coding, dots etc etc. It can get confusing but these systems are designed to help the staff be aware of whats happening on the ward at a glance.   You may need to ask this individual ward staff (assuming he is still in hospital) what this means for your son.

good luck to both, hope he is doing well.

Re: medical question

Hun,

That is something you are going to have to talke to his medical team about.  They know (or should) what it means and they are supposed to answer any questions you have regarding his care, so ask them.  Showing interest means you are going to deal with it all better, and know when they are slacking off too.
