yep izzy fixed this for me today. i forgot to add .au to the end of my new email and i was locked out before i could fix it.

 It looks like...

1. Izzy has solved this problem already (Izzy and I both spent time on this over the last few days)  - from what i can tell the email is now the corect one.
2. It looks like to me that Winja is 'currently online'.
3. It would be good for Winja to comment on this q&a to confirm.
4. Note for all people in future... please make sure when changing your email address that you input it in correctly.

Have emailed Clay and Izzy.  Still locked out.  Problem is that she neglected to put the .au at the end of her new email address, didn't get the notification email and can't confirm the change so she is still locked out.  Has tried the contact us at the bottom but nothing has been done as of yet

dont know if its been fixed yet, but she should of had a email in the new account to re activate her acc.on minti. (thats what I had when I change it from my hotmail acc to my iinet acc.)

Please let her know to contact me via the "contact us" link on the bottom of every page. If she mistyped her email, it's easy enough fix.

BTW typo its "HER" main account not my main account

 i dont get it, why would she change her email address in her profile to yuor email address?

How frustrating!

She will need to write to Admin using the "contact us" link at the very bottom left hand side of any and every page on minti and explain what happened and get them to sort it out for her.

Sorry, but there isn't much we regular members can do about it, as it needs to be fixed by Admin themselves.

Hope they can fix it for her quickly.
