where's the weight go?
hi guys this is three questions in one sorry,
1) my boy has developed a nasty looking rash on his lower back/ bottom area, i've taken him to the doctors right away and was told it could be severe exzema ( now he does get exzema but it doesn't look like an exzema rash normally does) he gave me creme to put on it. the problem is it hasn't got worse but it hasn't got better and now the other side is starting to develop it too. i rang the doc and he just told me to put the creme on both sides and if its not improved over weekend then bring him in monday. what i want to know is has anyone else had this? the rash is very pinky red and has some large bumps(size of pimples, but deffinately not pimples) and thousands of miniscule bumps.
2) my boy has just turned one and needs to get grommets put in, now i know that its a simple and quick op ( my daughter has had 2 already and soon to get her tonsils out, really scared about that) but she was never as clingy as he is or as young. has anyone had their child have the op so young? how did they react? i worried he'll be terified when he wakes up all alone in a huge bright room without me?
3) lastly, im sorry. my boy seems to be having trouble gaining weight. when he was younger he droped a percentile and after a recent growth spurt went back up. he loves food and eats well, but still lost weight and droped back down a percentile again. the doc said to me if he drops another percentile in the next 2 months then they will need to do tests on him? does anyone know why he wont gain weight consistantly? i even gave him foods i normally wouldn't to help him gain but didn't do anything. he's a happy and active boy so im at a loss. any ideas on any of these questions would be helpful.
thanks guys. xo
