I would so appreciate ANY advice on how to get my 3 and a half year old son to stop wetting his pants.
It started out so well at the age of two and he almost got it first time he was soo good, then he moved from using the potty to using the toilet and that went well. at first, but then we moved into a new house a year ago and he also got a new baby sister but the problems did not start immediatley then, they started about 5 months ago and he would just wet his pants and not be bothered about it no matter how long I would leave him in it (to see how long it would be till he found it uncomfortable) but the longest I left him was 3 hours as I did not want him to get a sore bottom!
But the worst is with his nr 2, most of the time he wont let me clean him up!!! He just says NO I want to have the poo in my trousers.
I have tried every sceme there is from the sticker sceme to giving him a little treat EVERY time he does go in the toilet to spending time with him and giving him my full attention when he has been in the toilet and try not to get frustrated with him when he does go in his trousers!! But nothing is working so if anyone out there has some good tips I could really use them :) because this is really taking its toll on the both of us.
I even put him back in nappies when we went on holiday and he was happy with it for a few days but he then went back to wetting his pants and just refuses to use the toilet when I ask him to, uff this is so hard!!!!! So please any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks you guys :)

I am getting into this minty website and frankly am greatful for any advice I can get on bringin up a child as i am not claiming to be the perfect mother and admitt that I too need to ask for help once in a while. I do have my wonderful sister to help me and i have had some fantastic advice from her that has really helped me!!!!!
I must say again how proud i am of her to be walking upright and strong again after all that she has been through and she of all people deserves to be happy and enjoying life again and Helen we will be doing exactly that when i come over tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
I cant wait, we have such a great time together and such a laugh, there is no stopping us when the three of us get together (my niece and my sister and I).
So England here we come.
