I have put a public apology on my main page to all the people i have not been in contact with in the last few months but i forgot to say thankyou for forgiving me and welcoming me back.

As i have said i am now 35,not good :( lol but i feel i have moved on in the last few months despite some other setbacks i have had to deal with along the way.

I hope to be on here more often now my head is clearer,i am still single,well when i say single i am married i just don't live with her hehehehe.we do however get on well,we realised very early after the split that our son is the child,not us and so there was no need for us to act like children.parents splitting up is bad enough for the kids without the parents adding to the heartache.

I hope to catch up with all my friends on here at some point but if you could be patient,i would appreciate it.

i have been getting used to working full time and getting my flat exactly how i want it,i am hoping i will be on here more again now i am sorted.although i will have tom friday to sunday morning and then i am working sunday,looking for stolen cars and recovering them,if i find any lol.

i have moved in to my flat and for those of you reading this i have internet lol.

i spent all of yesterday moving my stuff in,with the help of my dad,i then stayed up until three am building all my flatpacks and then today i have spent all day cleaning,i can't believe the state some people leave places in when they move out,i still have more cleaning to do tomorrow but not much,which is good because i injured myself again carrying really heavy stuff up to the second floor,isn't it amazing that even relatively light things feel heavy after a couple of flights of stairs.

i will be here news year eve night as tom is staying woo hoo! so if anyone wants to send me some emails to cheer me up,tom goes to bed at eightish,then i would be grateful but if you are having too much fun just raise a glass to me at midnight.i know you will be celebrating at a different time to us british but i will be thinking of you all and wishing you a happy and prosperous 2008  anyway.

i hope everyone is ready for christmas,i went out last night and got drunk with my mates,as my works do was cancelled but i did have a hangover all day,must of been the jack daniels at the end of the night that did it.

i am workiing christmas eve then christmas day the three of us will spend a couple of hours together before me and tom go to my sisters for christmas lunch and then we will stop off on the way back to see my friend because he loves to see tom.

boxing day i will be packing as i move into my flat friday,my dad is coming over to help me as i strained my groin lifting my new sofa into the car on friday,ten car park attendants stood and watched me struggle to lift into  the car by myself,i hope they don't get what they wanted for christmas lol.

i am getting internet at my new place but it will be about a week after i move in,don't you all go missing me too much lol.

btw i might be getting a phone package that lets me make international calls for free for up to an hour,australia and tasmania is included woo hoo!

anyway i'm going i hope everyone gets what they wanted for christmas,unless you are a car park attendant from ikea in coventry lol and you all have a wonderful christmas and a very happy new year.

i am waiting to hear if i got the flat i applied for,or a unit as you might call it,the agent seems confident as she has already booked me in to collect the keys and sign paperwork on friday the 28th.

i have made a list of things i need for each room,thanks for your help fay,all i need to do is go out and buy it all lol.

i hope everyone is looking forward to christmas and i hope everyone will raise a glass to me new years eve as i will probably be on my own that night but then i have never really celebrated on new years eve anyway so don'y feel too sorry for me   

not much else to say at the moment except i hope santa brings everyone something nice and remember its supposed to be the spirit of giving not the present itself x

i am feeling quite positive though,i am trying to look at the good side of starting my life over but there is so much to do,i have however bought a laptop today so i will be able to keep in touch with everyone wherever i move to.

my nephew said i can have his bed for as long as i want because he still loves me and he is only eight,cute or what

i can't wait to see my son though i have missed him so much.

it is very windy here today but then this is the windiest of the canary isles,it is still warm though,not as warm as it is for you aussies but hey i'm from britain,nearly everywhere is warm in comparasion lol.

we walked back from calleta today with peanuts to feed the chipmunks but the cheeky devils take one run off,bury it and come back for more,they are cute though.

i hope everyone is enjoying their week and looking forward to a nice weekend.

being a brit it is very strange to be walking around in december,but its very nice,i am not doing much just reading the paper from to cover to cover and chilling.

we went to the irish bar last night to watch the footie and have something to eat and we ended up having several guinness lol.

we came back and i wanted to go for a walk i drunkmailed my very good friend,sorry i hope i wasn't too annoying lol.i then amnaged to get locked out of the complex and had to climb over a gate to get back in  but it was the other end and i got lost lol.i did eventually find my apartment and my dad had passed out on the sofa,so i went to bed and we got up around 11.30 and we don'zt feel up to doing much today lol so we will just go for a stroll.

its a bit late,i should think most of you are asleep by now but happy sunday i hope you all had a good one.

i haven't done a fat lot but did have a good time on msn with some friends and to them i say thanks for making me laugh it was fun.

i did have to go in the loft  to get a suitcase for hols,i will be on here monday night uk time but then i will be away until the 9th dec,so you all have fun while i am gone and play nicely lol.

on saturday we went to town to get some gloves for tom,because he lost his old ones again! i must spend a small fortune on gloves alone lol.it was quite funny though as for some reason he insisted on having a hot dog for lunch,i don't know why as i have never given him hot dogs before but he did eat it,by the way he is eating like a horse at the moment,i really don't know where he puts it,must be a growth spurt or the cold maybe.

then today(sunday) we went to one of his friends fourth birthday party,which was ok but i felt a bit conspicuous as everyone seemed to be in couples,its the first time i have felt like the odd one out in that way.

anyway i hope everyone out there had a good weekend and if you do have a hotdog this week,remember its got to be red sauce lol.
