well wth one thing i was dredding has happened. Phina and Stewart's had the most awfull fall out last wenesday. and he toild her that if she was wanting to be down in london so badly that she was willing to get us all into searious trouble by not paying the bil so she had the monel, that as far as he was concerned she may as well pack her bags and go. and she did. i was too stunned to do anything at the time. i realy thought it was a called bluff and she would stay at my moms. but she's down there now with no money or place to stay, staying in some strangers ( femail ) home who she met while wandering around. None of here so called internet friends have come through for her, it's a hard lesson to learn but she wouldn't listen to us when we said, they are only internett friends which is different frome friends in the flesh.

Ant's sent her some money yesterday and i'm trying to get her to come back to mom's so she can 'get her act togther' so to speek. decide what she wants to do now. i already know she'll never come back here.

i'm sick at heart, i'm looking out of the window and everyones going about their busness as normal, it seams un real. i can't phon mom as our phone's in the frount room and rabbits have huge ears, so it would not be private. there are no bus's till tuesday but i don't have the money to catch one any how.

yes she left without leaving the house keeping money. the way it was sorted. and the only way we got this flat was because she was under 18 when we applied to the housing agancy, unfortunatly it had to go into stewarts name as she was under 18, otherwise it's realy her flat. they made a couple clame in her name as she was the most likly to get it with no hassell so all the money goes into her account. of which we have no idea what state it's in but by looking st some of here reacent letters she's not been paying some of the house hold bills, so we're expecting to hear form the gas, electric and water people soon, not to mention the phone, sky, tv linceing corp and internett as the money was set up as direct debits from her account which we have found out has been running over the overdraft since feb, so she owes them grand amounts in charges. the cataolgue is thretting court actions as well as her bank credit card. i can see why she'd want to just go and leave all this mess behind . But if she'd let us in on it then we may have been able to sort someting out. i've also got to explain to the proventent loans that the last bounced cheque for her payment will not be covered and some how out of my money this week i've got to find mine and stewart's payments plus the second payment to the phone bill, she'd only payed half. and still try to cover the bills i'd agreed on to pay. if i can put everyone off till after the 28th when ant gets paid it could be ok.

i'm trying to stay strong, up intill early this morning stewart's been ok, last night he'd started to tidy up in her room, it's not ben tided since november... and the kittens had used somewear other than the litter box and it needed finding. unfortunatly he's read some of here writings and has not liked what he found she's been thinking of him, mostly the hurt was he'd turned into a 'money grabbing corporat suporting bastared' which is laughtable as we've not had the money to be buying anything latley. the only stuff hes brough reacently is for his app to uni this sept. for the project he's got to hand in. but that's out of the window as i don't think hes going to have the umph, as this going to uni in hearfordshire was to be able to move Phina nearer to london in the first place and to help her to find her own space, well she's already gone so he won't be wanting to follow that up now.

poor ant's stuck here for longer as we'll need his contrubution to be able to stay here. when stewart and i worked it out in november, when she said she wanted to move down to london in the first place. we worked out that with my money and him on joseekers till he found work, that we could cover the bills but not eat or eat and not cover all the bills, which is why we asked her to stay and he'd apply to uni down south and we would have more money available to help her move.we sugested that if she was inagreement, which i thought she was, that we'd budget in the money so she could go down london at least once a month, now it looks like ant's going to have to chip in more of his wages ( he was saving to get his own place ) so in the short term his stuck here.

I think she'd been planning to just go for a while now as looking back the trips were getting closer together, three times between feb and this last one and as i said she'd distanced her self from us since november. spending all her time in her room not even joining us to watch tv or meals.

i'm just holding it together, stewart has bi-polar depression and it was getting better the ups were becomming a lot longer and the downs much shorter, so i'm having to put my feeling to one side to deal with later as, if i go under i'm not sure what the outcome would be, also i keep ontop of it as ant dosn't need me to go to peaces.

sorry to drop this in your lap but i needed an out let and i thought you'd be the most understanding....

At approximatly 8.30am this morning i was awakened by a frantic shaking to find Stewart cowering by the side of my bed nearly shaking him self to bits. He was having the worst Hypoglycaemic attack i've witnessed to date htpp//www.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypoglycemia .

Stewart has these attacts every now and then if he forgets to eat at regular time during the day. Mostly he/we can recognise an on comming drop in his sugar levels way before the shakes start, unfortunatly sometimes he's so absored in somthing that the first tell tail sines are missed and last night/ early morning he had been playing WoW and forgotten to eat for 8 hours so was in full blown Hypoglycemia when he managed to crawl into my room. My first reaction was call an ambulance, but after 'nurse mode' kicked in i knew what needed to be done. www.patient.co.uk/showdoc/40001627/

In Stewarts case a gloocose drink, siped through a straw as the skakes and teeth chattering were too much to risk a glass to the mouth. followed by a warm 4 sugared tea. I was going to give it a nother 1/2 an hour and if it had not started subsiding by then definatly call an ambulance out. Fortunatly his shaking started to calm and he was able to talk more cohearently. So the imedate attack was passing over. It's completly exhuasted hin and i know from the past expearences he'll sleep for ages now.

I thought i'd write up about this as most people have no idea about Hypoglycaemia, when the blood sugar level drops, more people know about Hyperglycaemia , when the blood sugar is too high , like in Diabetes ,

www.bbc.co.uk/health/conditions/diabetes/livingdiabetes_blood.shtml

Unfortunatly when the average person in the street is confrounted by any one exibbting any of the symptions the first thoughts can not be helpfull, ie, there drunk, on drugs or even acting stupid for attention, we've had them all .

I wanted to bring this to others attention as a quick responce can mean the differance between a short controlled attack and coma.

Children and young adults can also suffer from these blood sugar highs / lows en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypoglycemia#Causes if anyone has any worrys the best thing to do is consult a medical practioner as there may be some underlying cause. Most often this can be controled by diet.

I hope i've not frightened any one by this blog, i just wanted to shair and hopefully help spread awearness.

I replaced our duvets this week with ones filled with re-cycled green plastic bottles , yes i said green plastic bottles. They were on sale at our local co-op and they are 15 tog so good for this drafty old flat The only reason i'm realy mentioning it is i'd not realised how flat my old duvet had gotten well as i said it was old, then Fidel weed on it last week and i thought " that's the hint i need to get a new one ". It's so big and unfortunatly stiff thay i woke this morning feeling like i'd slepted in a huge marshmallow and i'd thought about new pillows too, i'd have not been abole to move, it crinkles every time you move and it' s freeked the cats out so i did not have my usual continjancy of cats

Well this got me thinking , what other things are made from re-cycled matereals ??? i was trying to find a site that showed picks of the materieals being recycled or the end duvet filling . Never mind so far i came up with these two and thought i'd shair it with you all ( Please note this is not a link to sell you anything i just thought you may be interested in what your recycling is being used for, i was ) I'll just have to wait untill my new duvets old then unpick a smeam to find out If in the mean time i do find say a fvdio or site with better info then i'll stick it on my blog so you can see

http://www.energysavingsecrets.co.uk/RecycledProducts.html

Close That Loop - Buy Recycled Putting your old newspaper or tin can into your green bin is only the first
step in the recycling process. Once the material has been collected, sorted
and sent to reprocessors, it is then recycled into new products. Making a conscious effort to seek out and buy products made from recycled materials helps to close the recycling loop. The future of recycling ultimately depends
on there being a market for the materials collected.

Recycled Products

Many of the everyday items that you buy may already contain recycled material, such as your daily newspaper. In fact 70% of the content of newspaper produced in the UK contains recycled paper! Glass bottles also contain a high proportion of recycled material, sometimes as high as 90%.

There is also a huge range of innovative and exciting products which are being made by some of the leading designers in the country, all of which contain recycled material.

I'm a little worid it's getting obsessive. as soon as i'm finished here he'll be back on so i'm trying to catch-up quickly as hes gotten into a decent sleeping pattern and is waking up around 9am and i can see him at the moment agittating to be in the world, the problem today is i have quite a few things to catch up on myself so it's going to be aprox 2 hours till he can get his 'fix'

Phina went down to london for the day yesterday, i'll be more positive about her wish to move if she could do at least one trip without having to resort to ringing us to bail her out. The last time she went was for 4 days and we had to pay for her ticket home, the time before she'd got on the wrong train and i had to talk a very frightened 'young lady' back to calm, on a reversed phone call and she want's to be independant, Yesterday it was "mom i've mised the train back ( 4.50pm ) what times the next train ? " she missed that one too she ended on the 8 something one and me having to call out a worc's taxi to pick her up and pay for it when she got back. It was lucky Ant had just given me his up-keep money so i had some to use or it would have ment getting my dad out to fetch her and that was not a prospect i'd cherrished Thay go to bed early as they like the early mornings to walk the dogs.

I had a few picks i wanted to post ah well never mind it will get sorted some time

So what alse is news ? we're still wating on the snow thay keep forcasting, mom says it's too cold to snow, that it always gets a little warmer before snow, old wives storys ? I'm getting a whole load of bird food in as the starlings like the fat balls and all birds need a alot of fat based food during the winter to keep them warm during the night. Quite a few gardens here now have bird tables more are springing up each year, so now i don't have to feel quite so bad if i can't afford some food for a couple of days

I'll rap this up here as i need to get on otherwise i'll be writing an essay I realy just wanted to let you know all well,

Sending love and laughter pluss hugs to every one and my wish to you all is all you wish your selves . " live long and prosper ", oops watched startreck last night at least you can't see me do the spock hand from there

ps: i realy must read through these posts before i hit save , i've had to go to edit twice now any mor i notice will just have to remain

To cut a very long story as short as poss. I've gone from being a partner / soul mate to companion / soul mate. Nothings realy changed in the way we are to wards each other,i am missing those ' things ' partners do gogether :-) One is a lonly word when in a double bed.

Aprox. two months back, Phina anounced right out of the blue, that she'd met some one on facebook and was moving by the end of the week down to london to be nearer him. It was at this point that Stewart realized exactly how he felt about her and went to bits, he has bi-polar, With some very good pills off the doctor we managed to perswade him not to walk out. Phina's still here as she needs to save up to move.

The doc but me back up to 60mg of the tabs, i'd only just come down to 40mg after being on them for four years at 60mg. This week i'v gone back to taking 40mg, in a couple of months i'll be going down to 20mg then i can finaly hope to stop them altogether and start to cope without them :-)

Antony's had the last week off as holiday from work so he and Stewart have spent nearly 24 / 7 on World of Warcraft. It's all that's been keeping Stewart sane as he dosen't have to think of any thing alse while playing it and boy has he been playing it. if anyone knows what i mean by in the last two months his caracter has gone up to level 41.

I've now managed to get my head above water and have started swimming for shore. All in all i'm quite chipper. Actualy i've no feelings going around at all, it's the meds :-)

He caught a supplyboat to a supply base in the south of England, then caught a train to London. The train was extremely crowded and he could not find a seat. He was dead on his feet and walked the length of the train looking for any place to sit down.

Finally he found a compartment with seats facing each other; there was room for two people on each seat. On one side sat only a proper looking, older British lady, with a small dog sitting in the empty seat beside her.

" Could I please sit in that seat ? " he asked.

The lady was insulted. " You Americans are so rude "

she said, " Cant you see my dog is sitting there? "

He walked through the train more and still could not find a seat. He found himself back at the same place.

" Lady, I love dogs - have a couple at home- so I would be glad to hold your dog if I can sit down." he said.

The lady replied " You Americans are not only rude, you are arrogant "

He leaned against the wall for a time, but was so tired he finally said " Lady, Ive been on the front lines in Europe for three months with not a decent rest for all that time. Could I please sit there and hold your dog? "

The lady replied " You Americans are not only rude and arrogant. You are also obnoxious "

With that comment, the soldier calmly stepped in, picked up the dog, threw it out the window, and sat down. The lady was speechless.

An older, neatly dressed Englishman sitting across on the other seat spoke up.

" Young man, I do not know if all you Americans fit the ladys description of you or not. But I do know that you Americans do a lot of things wrong. You drive on the wrong side of the road, you hold your fork with the wrong hand, and now you have just thrown the wrong b**** out of the window "

I think I may have actualy got over my fear of the dentist . I had a late proper start to the day, after waking Ant up for 7am, I droped back off to sleep, I don't do that often but some days my cfs hits and I'm just so tired. It was about 10.30 I noticed the date was the 28th. And a small voice prompted me to re-check my dentist appointment, as I thought the 28th fell on Tuesday. I knew that it was for an extraction and having been very nervouce ( see blog entry ) I did not want to miss it and be charged for the privilage . I found that, Yes it was Monday. And neither I nore Phins were dressed for going out. So I called a taxie as the bus would never get their in time, we have to catch two, So a mad get ready was on. Phew it's suprising how fast one can change, brush both hair and teath. It cost us £9.50 to get there Then I had to wait around feeling sick for 25 mins, torture!!!! Once in the chair I was so calm, I'd reached " Ah sod it, carn't change anything as it has to come out " There was a new trainee dentist acting as assistant. He was so calm and friendly, chatting away to me while we wated for the local to set in I didn't have time to think about it. A few movenents later and the tooth was out before I could think "whats going to happen next " I can honestly say that the local injections were alot more trouble than the extraction. What had I been making such a fuss over. Well I feel like I've just atchieved a new stage in adult hood. No tears or nightmares. I still have the niggly feeling of geting old ect. as before, but not asbad as I expected it to be. So it's a diet of tepid food and drinks till 12pm then it will have been 24 hours, Not that I want anything too hot anyhow. When I came down, yes our surgary is on the first floor, reception on the ground floor, I was quite wobbly down the stairs. Who in there right mind puts dentist surgaries on the second floor I think it's so they can have a laugh watching people later off the security camra film ? Well after a taxie back wich cost £8.40 say no more. I went to bed with a warm cat for comfort and my face yelling " what the heck have you done to me? "

Today the swellings going down and I'm going to try a 'cold' cross bun, one of my weeknesses

Catch up with you soon....

Well Antony has done his first week no problems. They seam to be a good lot of people, even the manager has a sence of humor. Hes been given 5 red shirts, so we'll have to get an iron and ironing bord, and a brilliant purple t'shirt for Saterdays I commented on the purple as it's my favorite colour and , wow the boss gave Ant and ex -lge one for me, so have a new night shirt with a huge add for vodaphone on the frount, I'm now waking up at 6.30am every morning as an alarm, I love the mornings

The last two mornings have been very foggy out as we live in a wet vallie but by lunch time the sun has been out, the birds are enjoying the new feeders, mainly the starlings squabbling over every thing, they cause such a noise. We had a squirrel hanging off the nut feeder, the photos have come out too smal to be impressive. So if he comes back I may invest in a propper squirrel feeder to save them chewing through the wire on the nut feeder

I have now got my new to me conputer, Stewart decided to get himself a new one that is going to cope with all the graphic stuff he'll be doing at UNI. So I've got the old one now I wait for a space in World of warcraft so he can set it up for me somewere in the frount room as I don't want to be anti social. I'm hoping for later on to day, but if the wait for the bird is anything to go by,..... it could be a while.

I forgot to take the chicking out of the freezer yesterday so it wii be tomorrows tea instead of today never mind , I'll catch up with you all soon, I hope on my own computer

Did you ever stop and wonder......
Who was the first person to say, 'See that chicken there... I'm gonna eat the next thing that comes outta it's bum.'
First there was a securtiy check. Then they wanted all his official documents as his name at birth is Tonie ( it's Italian off my Boi-dad's side of the family ) any how all his work documents say Antony and aparently according to this employer, no one normaly lengthens there birth name. Ant wanted a new start and a grown up name. When his dad agreed to it then he became Antony.... I don't see the problem. Un frotunatly they then wanted his birth cert. A sined statment that he was who he said he was and why his name changed, two prersonal refferances puls one work, then to top the lot.... his first wage slip, the fifth or somthing just as daft and the last . Even the chap at the job center was puzzled. Well at last and only just befor the job center was thinking he was making it all up the rang on Friday to say could he start Today, Yupeee!!!!!! Ant hates the idea he's being a burden.

I can't find a half way exestance. Today i'm meloncolly. better than yesterday.

I was doing well, but yesterday i was told at the dentist that i've got to have one of my molars out..... this has sent me into a panic. I have a weard hang-up about teeth. When ever some one has a problem with there teeth , i have nightmares over all my teeth dropping out... I know daft... this will be the first tooth i've had extracted, i supose i should be pleased that i've got to this age without loosing any of my second teeth. But i have to wate till the 29th next month to have it done and that gives me too long to get worked up over it.

Then the bome shell... if this dosen't cure the problem then i may have to have two more out as well. I'm phisicaly sick, it's going to be done with a local anasetic so i'll be awake all the way through and i don't know if i can face it. If it was under a general it wouldn't be so much of a problem, still a problem but not as much, if you get what i mean.

Sorry to unload this on you, but i had to tell someone as every one here thinks i making a big fuss over nothing. It's just i'm fighting getting older so hard and my idea of 'older' is people loosing there teeth, I may not be making much sence at the moment, i'm too upset to put it into the correct feelings.

I'm going to become one of those, old biddies with eather no teeth or false teeth. I don't know how to explain it. I'm not sure if i'll , ever , laugh again as i don't want people to see i'v got teeth missing. I know i'm being irational over it all, but we all have our hang-ups and this is one of mine

Thank you for taking the time to read this , I'm just so frightened.... i think if he'd done it there and then i would have been better then i wouldn't have had time to think. The shock factor would have carrid me through, with a good cry after at a 'fate acomplished'.

My bird table arrived this morning. And as it was already assembled I know what I'll be doing this afternoon :-) I've been saving up for it for a while so now it's here no more hanging the bird feeders from the rotery washing thigie. Mind it was fun watching the starlings going round while feeding, nothing puts those birds off. I've found a hanging bird water feeder so that's next on my list. It'll take the birds a while to get used to it I know as it took days for them to try out the other feeders. I now have a 'fat ball ' holder, seed feeder and a nut feeder. So need a nigier seed feeder and water feeder then thay will have everyting I can think of. I get large filled coconut halfs from the pet shop, their a bit nasty smelling but the birds love them, they have dead insects inculded, Yuck ! and wild berrys. So things are comming together. Unfortunatly the housing ass. toild us to remove the nettles as they are considdered a nuscence to the other gardens. I wouldn't have minded if the other gardens were'show peices' but their all just grass, sigh, can't win them all. I'v got a book now called 'NO Nettles Required' the truth about wildlife gardening. so they won't stop me, ha!

I'm not doing much at the moment my CFS has been playing up , the flat looks like a bomb has hit it, will need to call a family conferance to exlpain they carn't leave it all to me any more as I can't do it, so I need help. I know some of you will say they should have been helping sooner but I was happy doing it as there wasn't much more I could contribute to the house hold, but now I'll have to forgo pride and as they don't seam to have noticed for them selves, point out that I do need help.

The kittens are still going mad climbing the 'now dead' plume tree I have squeezed/ wedged floor to cealing, in my bedroom, we never got the right weather to plant it out , too wet, too cold, too dry you name it it's been round, sigh!, never mind the apple tree's still happy. We re-panted it up into a larger tub so I hope I can limp it along till next spring then it can be planted out.

I know I haven't been on for a while, Hope fully the computer's stoped playing up we had a nasty bug that required wiping the hard drive and re-installing everything, Stewart was not pleased.

Catch up with you all soon, love, laughter and Hug to every one.
