sick kids again

Riley has another ear infection he had one 3 weeks ago.I took him to the doctors and had to wait a hour and a half and he finally fell asleep when the doctor called us in. His other crommet is about to fall out as well the doc said your right he has ear infections but his throat is badly infected and has lots of pus. the doctor was suprised that he had 2 courses of strong antiboctics 3 weeks ago and is sick again.I think im going to have to push to get him to have grommets again. School rang to say that nick was in the office twice yesterday with headaches so hes having today off school which im sure im going to regret when he starts being naughty. Poor riley was on the lounge last night and threw up every where so his dad put him in the bath still being sick and i had to go to work, I felt so bad leaving him being so sick. Hes had fever's for two days and two nights now so hopefully the antibotics will start to work. Guess thats what you get having 4 kids lol. Im not letting any of the kids see there granny cos shes going overseas and dont wont her to get sick and miss her holiday.

my sons last minute costume wins a prize

Last night (Tuesday )my darling son said to me, i need a costume tommorrow for book week parade (safari theme) I said the only thing i could do last minute was a green garabage bag with red paper as a berrie bush. He didnt think much of my idea then came back half and hour later and said mum can u put leaves on it so im a bush. Cool idea so i got his green tshirt and started sewing on little branches with leaves on this morning. Maddie had a home vist for speech threaphy this morning and i was still sewing leaves on, i also put leaves on a beanie so he looked better. So i drop it off at school at recess then pick the kids up from school to be greeted with nick won a prize for his costume. I was so proud of my last minute costume but have to pull it apart as he needs his tshirt for sports day next week. The things we do for our kids. I told him the leaves were from the branch that fell down in the storm so he didnt get in trouble for pulling branches of trees as we had storm's this week and the teachers even commented on the storms were handy for his costume. Sometimes a little white lie doesnt hurt. lol

My sons 2nd birthday

It was my babies birthday yesterday he turned two. Cleaned all day yesterday for his party today. His party went for two hours got presents. By the end my house was trashed why is it you have to clean for a mess to happen, but with 4 kids thats the joy of having lots of parties. Had too much food like allways lol.

my baby isnt a baby any more

I have just taken the dummy away from my 19th month old as he was dummy talking all the time. I have had two other kids with bad speech problems and didnt want another kid with a speech problem. He's my last baby as i have had my tubes clamped and he has grown to quick it hasnt bother him having no dummy except once he was upset crying for his bott bott(thats what he called his dummy) I was upset. I wanted to give in and get him a dummy but i didnt. Being number 4 and my last i wanted him to be my baby for a little longer but hes a big boy.
