Aidansmom07 After a very long wait, he has finally been returned to me.  He's about 50lbs lighter  but he's still the same man I always loved.  I am so happy right now!  I was lost without him. Hopefully we have a good length of time together before he is deployed but thats only a hope as we are in a time of war ... Aidansmom07 tomorrow, I love ya tomorrow, you're only a day away!!!! yes after much agonizing yesterday at the thought that they would not be sending him home until sometimes next week...as someone dropped the ball and didnt do his paperwork....it was completed today and he now has orders to come home tomorrow... YAY!!!! When he returns it will have been 4 1/2 ... When he returns it will have been 4 1/2 months in total that he has been away.  I know that when he is deployed it will be for longer than that, and while I am not looking forward to it I feel a little more confident that I can deal with it.

Spring has finally come back to us here and so Aidan and I are getting out more and doing fun things together.  I am still having my struggles with him as his dad leaving has really affected him but he seems to be coming around more.  Less than two months and I get to see Tim ... I was extremely touched at the heartfelt, considered answers to my question about attachment issues.  All of the answers were extremely helpful.  I was moved to tears by the people who caught the underlying issue that I have...which is Military Deployment...something that I will likely have to deal with many times and were kind enough to share what they know with me. 

I really love this website...I must say.  I used to want to check my hotmail all the time, but now I just want to see what's new on Minti.
