CHOCOLATE FUDGE

500gm cooking chocolate                                                                      1 tin sweetened condensed milk                                                         1 tspn vanilla extract

break up chocolate and put in a pot add condensed milk  and vanilla and heat till all chocolate is melted stiring all the time. pour into a lined slice tin and cool. Then cut into bite size pieces and enjoy.

My kids have gone to school and this is my time before I get up and start the housework and other things I have to do. I am not sure when I will get a chance to do another blog entry as the next few weeks are quite full with things that need to be done for school and the start of christmas partys for the kids and school commitments and in beteween I also have a volenteer job so I am going to be quite busy.
