			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I guess my advice is the obvious and I am sure you have already thought of it but here it is anyway - have you looks for a job that gives you hours during the week, then you will have the weekend to spend with your family?&nbsp; It takes time to find a job that suits your needs and it also takes time to settle in.&nbsp; My daughter is nearly 3 and it took a couple of months for me to settle into full time work.&nbsp; Being away from her so much is really hard.</p>
<p>I can only imagine what it would be like after 11 years.&nbsp; If this is what you really want you will find the balance and if it isn''t there is nothing to say that you shouldn't chuck it in.&nbsp; Good Luck.</p>]]></content:encoded>
