I think you should look back to how it was when you were growing up in that situation. Although you may not have wanted to be ripped away from your family, Im sure you wished someone could make the abuse stop tho. This kid is probably wishing the same!

Do it, tell who ever you need to tell. If you are wrong then tough luck. Its a tricky situation so you need to go with your gut instinct. You would feel terrible if something even worse happened to this boy and you didnt do anything about it for the fear of being wrong. If this woman can hit her child in front of other people then what is she doing at home in privacy?

I WAS DOING CHILDCARE AT A SCHOOL FOR PARENTS TO LEARN ENGLISH , ONE CHILD HE WAS A ONE YEAR OLD BOY I HAD NOTICED THAT ONE TIME I WAS CHANGING HIS NAPPY HE SEEMED TO HAVE BRUISES ON HIM ,, I DIDNT LEAVE IT ,, EVEN KNOW I LIKED THE MOTHER ,THE CHILD WAS MY NUMBER ONE CONCERN ,, I GOT THE SCHOOL PRINCEABLE TO COME AND HAVE A LOOK AND NOTIFYED A FEW OTHERS WHILE HE WAS IN MY CARE ,, WE GOT DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF IT AND THE MOTHER WASNT UPSET WITH ME BEING MORE GREATEFUL THAT SHE WAS LEAVING HER SON IN GOOD HANDS ,, HE WASNT BEING ABUSED SHE HAD JUST FOUND OUT THAT HE HAS SOME SORT OF CONDITION AS TO WHY HES BRUSING WITHOUT ANY EFFORT TO DOING ANYTHING , THERE WAS NO HARM DONE AT ALL WITH ME OPENING MY MOUTH ,,, I DIDNT GO MOUTH OFF TO THE WORLD ABOUT IT JUST THE ONES THAT NEEDED TO BE TOLD AND IT WAS HANDLED THE RIGHT WAY ,,, WE ALSO HAD A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM AS SHE WAS AT THE SCHOOL LEARNING ENGLISH WE GOT SOMEONE THAT SPOKE HER LAUNGAGE FOR THE INTERVIEW ABOUT THIS ALL
