			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, Please don't take this the wrong way,but is there a possability that you could have post natal depression.I suffered from post natal depression after the birth of my daughter 12 yrs ago,the only reason why I ask you is that i know for me I would have this feeling that something was wrong with me and went through many test and Dr's appointments until they diagnosed me with post natal depression some 18 months later.I was convinced there was something wrong with me and that I was dying as i felt like sh*t constantly and was unable to do many things.Please read one or some of the many articles about PND on minti please dont count it out , please go to your dr's once again and get checked out no matter how many times it takes until you are happy with the answer.</p>

Your shape will probably never be the same, and I used to be a size 2 now I'm a 4 or 6. Don't worry about your size so much, if you are within 10-15 lbs of what you were before baby, I would be happy with that.]]></content:encoded>

<p>As for your body being back to normal, I think it varies from woman to woman.&nbsp; Some women heal very quickly and others it takes a while.&nbsp; Try a chiropractor for your back, it helped me a ton!!</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>I dont think i really started feeling like myself untill mac was about six months a baby takes so much out of you all those sleepless nghts are bound to have a knock on affect as for being sore i would look in to that i had no physical problems after mac 2 1/2mnths but i was recovering from c section </p>
<p>See the doc and see of you can get some time out the stress of the bubba and worrying could be flaming the symptoms. Hope you feel better sonn jo xxx</p>]]></content:encoded>
