			<content:encoded><![CDATA[That's what I was told would happen, the legs would be bowed and there would be complications down the track with things such as arthritis and so on.&nbsp; I was told it would take its full affect by the age of 5 so I never let her do it.&nbsp; You really can't stop them but you can take the weight off their legs and use other devices so they can be as active as they like and still not do the damage.&nbsp; I have a very active child, she's nearly 4 and spends lots of time outdoors on her bike, trampoline, going for walks, swimming at the pool, constantly on the move.]]></content:encoded>

			<description>don't encourage him to do this too much as baby's bones are very soft when they are that young and his weight could bow his legs.
check everything out with your health visitor or dr to get further advise, this is very unusual!

			<description>ok what I mean is his kneecups are sort of off centre and his lower legs have a ( ) shape. It is very obvius and they were told by many doctors that it was due to his early walking.</description>

My son is 4 1/2 months old and he has been able to hold his own body up with his legs with us only holding him for balance. I am assuming this means he will walk early.
It will be a change as no1 did not walk until he was 21</description>

If your sure i check it out with&amp;nbsp; the nurse&amp;nbsp; or your gp if your worry as things do change over the years , what wasn't good back a few years ago might be ok ...</description>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[Mine was doing that.&nbsp; I was told that if they stand too early like this, their muscles might be ready and their brain might be wanting it, but their bones can be damaged from it.&nbsp; The paediatrician I spoke to said damage to bones won't become evident until they are around 5 or so but advised me to give my daughter lots of tummy time and alternate using the Jolly Jumper, the Walker (like them or not, that was his advice) and just holding her in an upright position taking the weight off her but still letting her think she's stainding up by herself.&nbsp; She was walking at 8.5 months.]]></content:encoded>

			<description>Hi i would not worry about it my little girl was like that too, she was so desperate to walk and was walking properly by 10 months. You&amp;nbsp; might find that he is going to be a very active child. Hope this helps</description>
