Dairy foods like cheese, a GLASS of milk (straw or sippy is fine) and some yogurt is plenty for her RDI.

This is completely normal. Just offer yoghurt, cheese and milk during the day - as the others have suggested. As long as she is getting 2 serves or the equivilent of 600ml of dairy a day she'll be fine!

i think its great that she doesnt want her bottle no more, you defiently got a little independent girl there- watch out the world haha...

So anyway giving her milk in a cup at break fast time is a idea. and offering her yoghurts, cheese will be good for her dietary consumption....

If you are really concerned take her to your doctor ...
