one doc in the past has slightly pulled it back and it was stuck ,, just dont do this yourself

Also you can soon start to teach him to pull gently back on the foreskin when he goes to the toilet to do a wee. I assume he is toilet trained and going to the toilet. If he is still on a potty it is too difficult and just playing with it in the bath water will be fine. So long as you wash the penis this is all you have to do.
